How do you protect your computer from internet menaces?

i use AVG 8.0 and Avast for mailware spyware viruses and other bad things and CCleaner for registry keys, uninstall programs, cleaning cache... what do you use ?!

I use abeo and ccleaner too. You should try panda antivirus and firewall

with firewalls i always had a lot of problems...i see that for what i do with internet fortunately is not so necessary :)
