further studies or work

I am a professional industrial design undergradute,guaduate or be faced with the choice of a job,i do not konwn what in the end the choice for further studies or work ,please give me some advices

With my study and work experiences, it is nonsense to persue advanced study if you intend to work, because work esperiences are more useful than diplomas for job hunting. I suggest that you may read some job postings in your field to know what the companys need. Otherwise, if you want to become a teacher, further study is necessary.
