As we all know this is the greatest love story ever. i could watch it over and over again. It's just so romantic. If only love were like that in real life right? I'm interested to know what everyone's favorite scene from the movie was. I like it when he tells her that he wrote her all of those letters that she never got and then they kiss in the rain.

Oh wow!! I love that scene too. Gee! It was so romantic. Her mom showed her the letters too and she went straight to him. The rain was just perfect.

The boat ride in the river full of swan is something that I like to try. I wish if I will try it, It wont rain. I love to see the sunset at the end of the river.

The Notebook is my favorite love story and I like many scenes in it. My very favorite though is in the nursing home when Alley remembers who Noah is and then forgets all of a sudden who he is and starts freaking out. The utter look of dispair and sadness on Noah's face, tears streaming down, him saying, "awe come back to me baby, come back to me Alley", gets me every time. I cry hysterically at that part. My other favorite part is the very end when they die together in bed. That movie was on my movie channels a couple years ago and I had seen it 2 or 3 times already, and I'd see it on my guide on the tv already on, so I'd turn to it, and it every time I turned to it it would seem to be at my favorite scene or just about there so I would watch the remainder of the movie and cry the whole time. I saw the end like this 5 times, it was great!

I never got to watch it and had really forgotten about it until you brought it up in this discussion.. I had a copy and wanted to watch it but before I had time to sit down and watch it, my son's girlfriend at the time, borrowed it and then they broke up.. I never got to watch the movie nor did I ever see my copy again.. I am going to have to rent it and watch it.. I do remember seeing the previews and thinking that it would be one of the movies that I really like to watch..
