can i get money in unverifed paypal account.??

Hi i have a ptc site named pay2surf...i have 30dollar at there..soon i will reach to the minimum payout limits...but suddenly i notice that they pay only varifed paypal account...i dont have credit cards..i have unverifed paypal account....can i get the money from that site???

maybe you can buy vcc account, it's like you have a virtual credit card at the net, you can use vcc to verify your paypal account, vcc price are cheap, around $7 in my country

Well gamerwestside. In general, unverified PayPal accounts can receive an unlimited amount of funds.
However, in your case, you clearly stated that the site chooses to pay verified PayPal accounts, there for you won't be able to get money from that site, not because of PayPal, but because of their decision to pay verified PayPal accounts only.
The best thing to do is to either borrow a card from a relative and verify. (my friend has done this) Or you can try to contact support in that Pay2Surf website and ask for an exception.
However, you should really verify your PayPal account anyway because even if you receive the funds, you cannot transfer it to a bank unless you verify your PayPal account.
Also, if you plan to spend the $30 on some commercial sites such as Ebay, you will need to have your account verified anyway.

If they have your PayPal account information they should pay you. I have an unverified PayPal account and people and companies send me money there all the time
