establishing an online shop, creating an order form?!

we are trying to build up an online store..can anyone guide me on how to create an order form for our site and send off the form to our emails?! I've been an online buyer for quite sometime and I tried to do some online forms available in the internet but to no avail, can't figure out how can I get it in our site..anyone willing to lend a hand?! many thanks mylotters..

Wow! Congratulations on your new shop. I actually don't really understand about the programming. I think you should get yourself a real web programmer to make you a form like that, or you can find a good website builder, so that you might be able to get a template for a form. You can always find a software nowadays. Technology makes our life easier.

by some trials and errors, yeah with the "s" to make it plural..find a way and published the order form in our online shop..just some effort and a little knowledge in html and css codes (well, thanks to my highschool days), already succeed in what I am doing..thought I would be getting myself a professed programming guru, but thanks..I will always believed that perseverance matters..add determination too!!
