Four Years Orissa Child Genious Budhia Singh, a slum resident from the eastern state of Orissa whose talent was discovered by a local sports coach, He have a Record By Running 70Kms and was escorted by doctors and 300 cadets of the Central Reserve Police Force, The Doctors Knows his ability, but the Government Banned on Him. Whether Budhia have to Run or Stop Running?

If doctors give approval...why should the government ban him ? They should encourage him....thats out of 1 billion population we are struggling to get a single medal at olympics..
