People, Hard and Soft

Let me tell you about two types of people. People that are in the first set are very tough when they deal with others and again are really very soft at the core of the heart. One of my teachers was like this.
Another set of people behaves just in the opposite way. Their outward expression is full of honey but they are tough and self-centered at the core.
What is your experience and whom do you prefer?

you said it man!! absolutely right!! people like that are experts in changing their colors according to the situation1. those people do that if they want to get some thing done by others1, and they would change the very next moment after their work is done! i have seen even my relations doing that!! and some time i feel to do the same to them.. but i do the same to them.. then what the difference between me and them?
