Can Spirits Physically Harm Us ?

I have seen many 'filmed' reports of things being moved about by spirits ... we all have. Then you get the statement; "We ought to get out now", in case a spirit tries to cause physical harm (on TV investigations).
Yet, I havent heard of anyone being harmed by a spirit, so I don't know what to think about it.
Are there any people reading this who would like to contribute their opinion, or give an example, or relate a true story about a human being hurt by a spirit?

Hi! i believe that they can. though i havent been hurt by them, i have been also trying to "research" since i was born with my gift of vision, i've been seeing and hearing a lot of things science is yet to explain. so far, a lot of the materials contradict each other.
but as for me, yeah, i think they have that ability. i havent encountered a poltergeist yet though. and i dont want to.

hello. :) you asked me to elaborate, actually im a little hesitant. but i'll explain a little. :)
have you experienced that you are being watched while alone? i usually do, even when im in a crowd. the difference of my experiences is that i can see those who are "watching" me. also, i can hear them calling me. ever since i was a kid, i have been seeing them watching me, calling my name. as i grew older, maybe because i have been used to seeing them since i was little, their distance whenever they are watching me is getting closer and closer. also, while some ask for my help, some seem to "hate" me.
well, that's a few.. :P

Yes they can. There are many well documented case of harm in one form or another. My understanding is that they are limited as to what they can do. But some of the harm is also allow by the victim as well. I have the expression that a "weak individual" will be more subceptible to harm from spirits than others. Also those who deal in the "dark arts" also get harm to a certain degree by their participation.

That's really scary stuff, especially if you don't know what you're messing with. I have never seen any evidence of a person being harmed, which is why I asked the question in myLot.

Yes, spirits can harm you. I've had several experiences as a child and as an adult. The most recent one was about a year ago. I was laying on the bed on my stomache and I felt this thing enter into my body..I could feel it from the time it touched me 'til it was actually in my body. It was like slow motion the way it was entering..and as soon as I felt it, I could not breathe. I raised my head up to try to get some air while praying at the same time. I felt every touch of it's so called body in me. It was scary.
