Okay got traffic but no readers to my blog help me

Hi friends
i am getting good traffic from organic search but the thing is the bounce rate which is always nearly 100%. Please help me what should i do as i feel i am always giving my best when writing a new post.Please help me with your suggestions. Its been since jan 2008 and i made only 25$ till date.I am really depressed with this.Please help me with some suggestions.

well. I can pour out my gut feeling here. I have not even made that 25 dollars. Not even 2.5 $ out of what you were considering to be earnings. It is all a lot of patience and coincidence. Once you are a hit, you are a major hit. And, until then, you are a novice. That is internet earnings.
regarding the readers, it depends on your content. Make something eye-catchy. Then you would get the hits converted to reading.

Hi dear i am okay with my content but i don't understand why the users are entering and what expectations they are having when they are landing on my blog. Once i get their intentions clear i can rock in this blogging as by now i am having sufficient knowledge to pull the big chain. But i will surely consider your suggestion.Thank you.
