yes i drink daily 2 times morning & evening

It depends on the season of course. In winter I would have a mug of hot milk milo at night and sometimes when I cannot sleep I will have some warm milk with a little bit of honey added to it. I also take milk in my coffee and as I like weak coffee with lots of milk, I would easily have a glass of milk in total. Also have it with my cereal every morning. It is hard to know just how much I do drink but suspect that it is a minimum of a litre per day, sometimes more but never less than that. It comes from being dairy farmers for many years, when we always had fresh milk available to us. In fact I cannot imagine a day without drinking some milk, plus it is a good source of calcium which the bones need. :)
