What was your worst experience with your boss.

My boss is intelligent, and kindly bossy, when you say work its work. We had this project where i do the documentation and research, and negotiation with agencies, as told to do.But when the negotiation had been closed, and had the contract ready, my boss assign the management to one of branch engineer without taking into consideration that i closed the contract, and i felt bad, that i have to lie low with the project, sometimes assign the documentation back to their staff, i'm always on leave, later i resign from my post. It been years then, when they ask me for a job, i told them i already have my own.

I had a very lazy boss. He felt that he knows everything but actually his knowledge in running a business is too shallow. He is a Political Science graduate from a well-known university in our country. He became our boss not because of qualifications but because he is a brother of the company owner. If there are problems in our office, he will just ask me to solve. I tried my best to solve almost all the problems. I haven't receive any complements. Well, I am not aftering fot that because maybe it's part of my responsibilitites. There are only few problems that I really cannot solve. He told me that I am too dull because the problems were too light. But he haven't suggested any solutions. I told the owner of the company. The owner's answer was that it was all my faults. I can do nothing because I am just an employee. I explained my side but my explanations were all rejected. After that, I resigned and I never communicated them. Now, I am in my second employer. I have bad experiences but I cannot consider it worst.

I haven't had bad experiences with my boss.. Yet :D Hope it will not happen often :D Have a nice day..
