What am I doing wrong? (weightloss question)

This past week, I decided to try losing weight again. I started on Monday. I cut down my calorie intake, began working out at least 1 hour a day (cardio, aerobics), and started drinking more water, less sodas. I also began having 2 tablespoons of vingar a day (I heard it burns fat). Yet, I didn't even lose one pound last week. Not even one! I based on calorie intake on what I website I should have and made healthier choices. I burned most of the calories I took in. It said I should lose 1-2lbs per week. So, what am I doing wrong? Why am I not losing anything?

so sorry. my daughter lost weight by walking, not working out. that just makes her hungrier. she walks about three blocks down, then back at least once a day, sometimes twice. nothing but water passes her lips after 7 pm. she eats fruit for breakfast and lunch, then a good meal before 7 pm. i dont know how she resists potaoes, junk food, and bread.

Hello mistakesss, I do not think you have done anything wrong, try for a couple of weeks more, the weightlost do not start the first week. You will not se any result immideatly. Your body need to adjust the new way of eating and exercising. And do not forgett, if you do more exercising, you need more energy to make the weightlost to begin. It is like a fire, as long as you want the fire to keep going on, you have to put the wood in there, it is the same with weightlos the more you running, the more you need to eat. I mean eat healthy food of course. Keep on working, and god luck.
