Where can I get a cheap Ipod Touch?

I'm thinking of getting myself a 16GB Ipod touch and I was wondering if anyone knew a good site where I could order one for around 230$ (or even less :P). I want the second generation touch's that just came out so hopefully tell me a website that has that one for cheap, hehe. Also I wanted to know what you people think about refurbished ones? Are they in perfect condition? Like do they usually have scratches or does refurbished mean everything is fixed up physical and internal?
