Looking for Anniversary Advice

My second anniversary is coming up, and it is my turn to plan the celebration. Last year my husband took us to San Francisco. This year we are on a tighter budget. I was wondering if anyone has some inexpensive ideas for a romantic anniversary?

If you're up to traveling and your budget allows it, come to the Philippines! Haha, you'd spend for the ticket but when you get here, you'd be spending less.
If you're in a tighter budget than that, book yourselves in a hotel but don't tell him about it. Keep it a secret, tell him you'd have dinner in that hotel (and I think you should) then bring him up ;) It'll be a pleasant surprise.
I wish my parents would plan their anniversaries like you do...
