Spreading the word..........

Is spreading the word of g-d just another way for the church to make money? Is that how this came about?? I know I was a member of a Temple and they didn't like other people in there, and they only wanted to marry within the religion. Spreading the word was not the thing.

What is exactly the name of your religion? Are you trying to say that members in the temple couldn't marry other religions, and that you will marry within your religion. That's we call faith the reason why there is the so called one love, one faith,- one religion. I'm sorry, why is it the spreading the word was not the thing. - means to say, the so called church is just a decoration, a way of making money? How sad...

I happen to be Jewish. I don't agree with only marring with in ones religion however that is how the temple saw it. I didn't mean to offend thats just how i saw it. I have a cousin that is a missionary now and she spreads the word and she is forever telling me I am going to hell. I have met many people like this.
