Why can't companies like Coke put Hansen out of Business by......?

.... making a similar product cheaper? Well I am glad that they aren't putting these smaller companies out of business but I don't see what is holding them back. Like you takes Hansens Natural Soda or Kettle cooked foods. Why doesn't Lays or Coke come out with SIMILAR PRODUCTS and sell it cheaper since they are bigger thereby putting them out of business? Just curious.
