Do you have Rats in your house?

From recent time, there are gang of rats troubling us in our house. This has become a big problem now and last day one of them had eaten my mobile charger.
Do you also suffer with this and any solution you have for this problem?

My house have any more rats.I killed them by poison I sorry to do that but I don't like rat

Thanks for the response. What poison you used? What is the risk of using it? How did the rat got killed?

Yes, but they're in a cage lol.
I live in a desert, so rats and mice are a very, very uncommon problem.
