Water Water everywhere not a drop to Drink

In all the discussions so far all i have read is uses of water and more uses of water..no single discussion over...Saving Water,Water Pollution,etc...i was sitting by the arabian sea while a bunch of young clads were standing by and smoking...to my disgust they all threw their cigg butts into the water...contaminating the water by chemical waste and all of that.. i wanna know how many people would actually put in their effort to keep the waters clean,so the fishes could breathe..?? sounds silly though..but have you ever thought about it??
