lose weight

losing weight means eating small portions ,we are all brainwashed into thinking that losing weight or deiting means eating tiny portions,but it is not true beacause some food contain alot more calories than others, for example, one small pastry maybe have more calories than a whole bowel of rice,losing weight means eating fewer calories than we need

There are different ways of losing weight.And food diet is one.Meaning avoiding foods which causes one to gain weight like fatty and more caloric foods.I went into losing weight before and i was using a slimming tea.It was effective but i kept throwing out so i stopped.Lately, i noticed i lose weight even i didn't use anything and i finally found out that working hard is also one way of reducing our weight.

thanks for your response.. and i have met the same problem before as yours ,i believe everyone likes the beauty and required the perfect about ourselves,esp our girls ,,and we always give some rules of shape and outer beauty ,,,so i have to lose weight and keep the good fit ,, happy with u ,,and best regards to u,,,

you are totally right! we need to know how much calorie each kind of food has. but i still could not bear a losing weight diet. I'd rather do exercise than having a diet. I always have a good appetite, and having a diet is a kind of suffering to me. I have started a disccusion to share my losing weight experience yesterday. I have lost almost 10kg just by walking, I mean, fast walking. That's a kind of aerobic exercise,and it's pretty suitable for those who don't like running or some other tense exercise, or those who don't like the boring exercise in Gym, or those who don't have enough time for workout. Find a good place to walk around, such as along a lake or around a park. This kind of aerobic exercise is benefitial not only for our health, but also for losing weight. have a nice day!
