This has been going on for awhile now. It has been a off and on thing and now IM just tired of it. I feel like crap I got non Stop Head aches and I get dizzy and feel like I'm going to throw up. I think the reason why is because I ate something I usually never eat. I usually eat very healthy and etc. but during the weekend I went to my mom's house and ate something I would never eat. I guess me eating something I haven't ate in over a year has got me sick very very sick. I try everything I took some Medicine didn't help. This Head ache doesn't want to go away and I get dizzy and I feel like IM going to throw up. Last weekend I ate something I usually never eat which was chips and I got sick. This time I ate rice and other stuff and I have been sick for like 4 days and it's not going away? I will never eat something Like that again. The weird Part is when I eat it goes away.. Does anyone have any suggestions or what I should do?

Is it possible that you could be pregnant? You might want to go take a pregnancy test. This sounds a lot like morning sickness to me. It might be called "morning sickness", but it doesn't happen only in the morning! I had this problem when I was pregnant with my son. I would feel very sick and nauseous if I didn't eat about every 2 hours. Eating something that you don't normally eat like chips would not cause you to feel like this. At the very worst, doing something like that would only cause your stomach to hurt or be uncomfortable for a few hours. The only other thing that might cause symptoms like this would be food poisoning, but if it was food poisoning you would be violently ill and eating would not cause it to go away because you would not be able to keep anything down.

Well IM 100% sure that I'm not pregnant because I'm a Male. But yeah I don't know what's wrong. I eat very Healthy and I only eat Fruit, Veggies, and Whole Wheat and Steam Meat. and etc all the good healthy stuff. But I ate rice with other stuff which had lots of Fat and oil and crap. I think that might be it but I don't understand why I feel Better when I eat ? It's like everything goes away. I'm only 17. I hope it's not Food Poising that would suck. If things don't get better I think I should go see a doctor. :{

Also I don't think it's morning sickness Because when I wake up I feel fine and good and ready to go. Then when I move a lot or stand up and be active I get sick again. and it last all day. So it's like I feel better when I eat and when I sleep and wake up later. When I think of Food I just want to throw up.

Well yeah LOL then I guess you're not pregnant. I think you're going to have to go see a doctor to find out what's wrong. It could be a low potassium level, which one person suggested below, which could be fixed by eating a banana. It also could possibly be from a blood sugar problem, but I don't really think that's what it would be because you don't normally throw up when your blood sugar gets low. It would be best to go get checked out to make sure it's not something serious.

Peppermint treats - Peppermint does help calm an upset stomach.
Oh no, Payout, I am so sorry you are sick. The first thing I will do is pray tha God will heal you. Who better to heal than than the one who created you. sound like you are having a migraine. My wife used to get bad migraines from eating certain foods. Plenty of water is great for a migraine. Even better if it is being brought on by an allergic reaction to foods. If you think it might be an allergic reaction try a dose of Benedryl. It is over the counter allergy medicine and could counter act the allergan. To help you with the nausea, get a some peppermint. I know it sounds crazy, but peppermint will actually calm your stomach. You know like a candy cane or a little hard candy mint. Make sure that it is pepperment though. Other mints tend to react just the opposite in some. That is also what we would do for our kids when they were young and had a belly ache. Or a colicy baby. it really does work.

Do you feel fatiged and have joint pain and stiffness as well? If so you could have the flu. If you have the flu it is best to go to the doctor and get medicine in will go away a lot faster if you do that. Otherwise you could be sick for a while. If you think it is just from what you ate, if you can stomach it take some Milk of Magnesia. That should help to clear out your system in the other direction if you know what I mean, it will also help to calm your stomach.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling good. You should see a Dr. Do have any sinus problems or allergy? I have sinus problems and ear problems. The ears can make you feel dizzy and sick. Hope you feel better soon.

When my potassium level gets too low I get headaches, dizzy, and even nausea. I would recommend trying to eat a banana or some potatoes or drink some orange juice, anything high in potassium and see if that helps at all. Otherwise, I would recommend seeing a doctor.
