How many messengers do you have downloaded?

My husband was teasing me the other day. Saying that I have to many messengers on the computer. Which I use to keep in touch with old friends and family " I have a big family" I have three yahoo, myspace, and aol. Now I'm unsure of how many different messengers there are but theres at least windows messenger which I dont have. So my questions are how many messengers are there? And do I really have too many ?

I have two messengers, msn and yahoo messenger. Sometimes I use trillian which incorporates both messengers in one.

I have never heard of trillian. Does it only work with those two? I'm all for having less things on my computer. And if so does it work good? By the way thanks for your comment.

I use MSN and Aim. You can talk to people who have Yahoo Messenger with MSN, and vice versa, but I downloaded YIM before I had realized that, then I got rid of it. I don't really use AIM much, but a lot of people get hacked on MSN so they are switching to AIM again.

What is YIM? I didnt hear about anyone getting hacked in on MSN but I guess thats because I do not use it my self.

I suppose if you are using all your messengers then you can't have too many. I just have MSN messenger and I keep that open all the time in case my friends and family are online. It is a great way of communicating and keeping in touch.

Yeah, I agree. I use yahoo and myspace the most. I have kept aol aim for awhile now but dont get on it very much. The people I was useing it for are now on the other messensges I use.

On my parents desktop I have three instant messengers,Yahoo instant messenger,AOL instant messenger,and Myspace instant messenger,I do not use AOL or Yahoo much anymore but I will occasionally get on Myspace instant messenger to chat with mine and my fiances friends since,they all have Myspace and most of them use Myspace instant messenger,and I do not think you have too many messengers and I do not think you can ever have too many messengers.

Was thinking someone somewhere has like 20 messengers I have never heard of likely. I guess the three we have must be the most ones though. Thanks for the comment.
