FOr people who have acne, - Wash your face twice a day with warm water and mild soap.Gently massage your face with circular motions.Don't scrub.Over washing and scrubbing can cause skin to become irritated. - Don't pop pimples,It's tempting i know. But here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness. - Remove your make up before you go to sleep. And when buying make up,Make sure you choose brands that say " Noncomedogenic or NOnacnegenic " on the label. Hope this help you guys. Tomorrow i'll post about NATURAL INGREDIENTS FOR FACE.

Hi thank you for your post.No am not a doctor..i just know some tips about skin..And also this is what i do,so i posted it here so i can help some peps too..yeah,i know the feeling if you tried your best and still nothing's change.Tell your friend to avoid touching her face or propping her cheek or chin on her hands.Coz not only she can spread bacteria, she can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin.

Thanks for information . . but that doesn't actually help any if you have severe acne like I once upon a time had. I washed my face four times a day, used neutrogena, never wore makeup but did pop pimples. Even when I didn't pimples, I still had got pimples. After seeing a dermatologist however, I got my face and back cleared up. I can only be thankful to have such a great dermatologist :)

I'm happy to hear that you found a great dermatologist..Yeah i believe that the tips i post here doesn't work to some people who have pimples especially to those who have severe pimples. For me washing your face 4 times a day is not good.coz that can irrate the skin of your face.

Doesn't always work. My husband gets really horrible acne on his back when he has anything with garlic in it. They get larger and larger and if he doesn't pop them, they sink into the skin and go deeper, getting black and extremely painful. However, if we pop them using a sterile needle and some clean cotton pads to wipe away the gunk before they get too horrible, they clear up before they get nasty and black. And the only way I figured out that we should pop them before they got too terrible is that when I was a teen, and had acne, if I didn't pop the pimple right away, but rather left it as everyone suggested, I'd end up with a cluster of pimples. I'd rather pop one and be done than walk around with 12 grouped together getting bigger every day. And for the record, no, I didn't scar. But I always used a sterile needle and clean cotton pads to clean the area once I zapped the bugger. I think it really depends on the person and their body's way of handling things. For some people what is blatantly wrong for 60% of the populace is correct for them. In general, I've also heard that soap is a no-no for your face, because it's not formulated for it. Facial cleansers are better because they are produced for the face. But, that's what I've heard. I'm not a dermatologist, or anything, so I can't say for sure.

you know what after reading your msg i was kinda shocked coz i never heard that before.that if you won't pop them it will get larger and larger and yeah for sure it is so painful.Well i really think that it's depend on the person if how they take care their body.i have some scar coz i only used my finger to pop them that's why.I am from philippines so i don't know about that sterile needle.how i wish i know that before so i don't have this scar.(SIGH)
