by communicating or talking with someone who uses the language that you want to learn. Studying it by yourself is bit difficult. Pronunciation and everyday conversation is important.

I think if you have the money then taking up a language course will definitely be the fatest way to learn a new laguage. However, if you want to learn yourself then you will need a lot of determination and patience. I think you can do research on the internet or download e-books on the laguage you wnat to learn. In my case, I listen to a lot of japanese and watch a lot of japanese videos so I probably learn some words here and there and I am suprised that I know a lot already. ^^

By listening, translating to understand and then trying to speak it by oneself. Atleast this is how I have learnt communicating in new languages. If one were to learn to read and write then i suppose attending some classes would be the best way.

Hi! I think the fastest way to learn a new language is by buying audio books of the language and then listening to them all day. I tried learning Japanese a few months ago. I had audio lessons on my iPod and listened to them all day. I kept listening the first lesson over and over again until I mastered it and then went to the next one. I would suggest Pimsleur or Berlitz. They have really good audio lessons.
