I dont know what Helen of Trof looked like. But to lauch a thousand ship is China today,a girl had better be born with a somewhat pointed jaw.To borrow a phrase currently in vogue, she must have an "awl-shaped"face. Entertainment celebrities from Zhang Ziyi and Fan Bingbing, and Sandy Lam are repeatedly photographed withe jaws that could cut through thick glass. Feminine beauty is easy to recognize but hard to define. For hundreds of years of Chinese history,a woman could not be called beautiful unless she had tiny feet.Well, let us replace yesterday's bound feet with today's pointed jaws.Either way you will realize how important it is to be dainty. To compare,I searched galleries of Hollywood,s most attractive women. To tell you the truth,I 'm not sure what kind of faces they have. Some of their jaws are more pointed than others.Sharon Stone seems to have such a jaw.Had she hnown the good use it could be put to,she would not have had to hide an ice-pick under her bed to stab a man in the film Basic Instinct.I am not suggesting Hollywood stars are any less superficial than Chinese celebreities. They all depend on their appearance to make a living. One thing they do have in common is a small.tight face.It is true that a camera will add at least 10 pounds to your weight.

Good analyze, song8860. I am so happy that someone has brought this matter up with the good point of view and a brilliant analysis. I like it when you make such discussion. I also agree that here in society we are learned that beauty should be like this or like that, but the thing is, it is because our view of beauty itself has been distorted by media and public opinion. You should know that there are more than one definition of beauty. There are lots of parameter to see beauty from physical appearance itself. In some culture, the meaning of beauty would be different from the meaning of beauty from another culture.
