How many times do you eat in a day?

i only eat about 1 meal a day.. i may have a snack but only one big meal

I am from india, as a indian custum, we used to start our day with a cup of hot coffee.. followed by a Break fast of Idly/Dosa etc.. During the afternoon, we used to have our lunch with Rice, Sambar, Rasam with Vegetables, Curd with pickles and also along with pappad. Evening times we used to have a Coffee with a little snacks like biscuits or some chat items.. Night we had a good dinner containing Rice items or even some times a tiffin items like Chappathi, poori etc.. also.. But in our home, during the working days, we just have a coffee in the morning and have our Lunch directly at our office, and then we will have dinner at our home this may be rice or some of the tinnin items... At our office, we used to have a couple of Tea and some of the snacks/chat items, sometimes, after lunch, what ever our company may provide us.. And even in holidays, we used to have a coffee inthe morning, directly had our lunch in the afternoon, and had our snacks in the evening and we mostly had our dinner at hotel. Have a good day.
