I always wonder about those people who are rude and insensitive and donot think twice before saying anything to anybody. I know a lady who is always busy telling me negative things about me and my son and about the whole world. I have to meet her daily and cannot avoid her. I want her to realize that her attitude of being rude and blunt is very hurtful to people. And that she herself is not a perfect person.

Maybe you can start a casual discussion and BEFORE she starts ranting, tell her how it sucked for you when someone(can even be imaginary person) was always saying negative things etc. etc./ and you thought it better to keep them at a distance. She might get the hint. Good luck!!
