nowdays more and more persons are out of work ,thet are called lais-off personnel.they are now confronted with the difficult of re-choice of professions.peole may doubt why there are so many persons becoming unemployed ,will they be able to be enviroment again how will they adapt themselves to the changed social enviroment? is it necessary for them to alter thier views of obtaining employment? to solve all these problems ,we should help them to have a clear understanding of the present situation,change their views on rechoice of professions,build up a firm confidence in obtainig employment again,
