Who would you save, your spouce or one of your sisters twins?

You have just fell off a bridge, and you are the only conscience in your car. Next to you is your spouce and in the back seats are your sister's infant twins(its a thought process, you don't have to have a sister with twins to answer). You can only save one person. Who would you save?

i'm going to save my spouse why? i cant find another one like her but the infant twins can be change by making another one.
