How much do you rely on the internet?

I've noticed that nowadays there are an exceedingly high amount of people who rely on the internet for so many things including information, gossip, talking to friends, weather, and news. The one that stands out the most to me though, is information. People today rely to much on the information that the internet feeds to them. I think that getting facts based on something you see online is very infantile. Unless you know it's completely true, it's sort of pointless to say that something is true, when you yourself don't even know if it is. Needless to say, the question is, do you think that people rely on the internet too much?

Yeah, I make websites too. It's really fun. I like learning new computer codes every now and then. I'm still thinking about becomming a computer programmer. I only shop on Ebay when I surf the internet. It's the most reliable website to shop on in my opinion, and the stuff is cheaper. :D Haha
