Well it depends on what gathering I'm attending and who i am with. I am a very diverse person so i can talk about anything under the sun. If it's a young crowd that is quite playful, then I'd go for the fun topics that would interest them.

Hi there, it really depends on the kind of gathering. LAst time I attended a gathering was during a school reunion last August. Topics were mostly life during school, then there were talks about what's goin on with everybody after these years. And when all girls are gathering, we talk about the boys from school and whose got a bigger tummy hhaha...

I guess the subject of our conversations will largely depend on whom I converse with. If the gathering would consist mostly of my long-time friends whom I have not seen for several years, I guess it would seem endless and we would chat about everything in the sun; with the famous 'hellos' at the start. We'd surely be excited in seeing each other and talk of our current married lives, our children, our jobs or businesses, and our plans for the future. And before we all part ways again, there will be a huge exchange of mobile phone numbers, addresses, and e-mail addresses. But if this will be a gathering composed of a group other than my friends, I guess it will be a shorter conversation and it will only be limited to some topics like number of children, jobs, and plans for the future. I'd say that gatherings in my life has decreased ever since I got married; except for parties held in our workplace which are to be attended on a compulsory basis. As much as I'd like to attend these get-togethers, I'd say that my priorities have already changed.
