What is the first thing that you do when you get angry? How does it affect the people around you? What do you do to control your anger? What is your solution for anger? How do you tackle your anger? Do you keep it to yourself or do you share it with someone? Do you beleive in yelling out everything or wait for the right moment.

Hello, Depending on what angers me and how bad the situation is, I guess yelling would be my downfall!...How it affects people around me?...Put it this way...I can CLEAR a room!...hehe...To control the anger, would be best for all, if I WALKED away, thought about the situation, then address it, when I am completely calm!...Anger management has taught me how to deal with my anger...Counting, breathing in a bag, even bashing the phone book!...But the best medicine for me...Talking to my friend Laura...She can help me see both sides of an incident...Sometimes I explode and other times I wait!

I got an bad temper. Whenever i got furious, i got to be alone if people come and cool me down, i will shouted to them. I will keep myself alone or listen to music to calm down my anger after that thing will be normal again. I do admit that somehow my boyfriend will leave me because of my temper and attitude which he could not tolerate. Luckily, i have a very understanding parent and friend, thanks so much! just because of them caring and concern i promise that i must control my temper more.

I start to shake all over then I cry and I feel my face become numb. I try to breath (which I forget) when I'm angry. I also need to leave the place,or person to have change of environment fast. I have to share it with someone since it always shows when I'm mad coz i start turning beet red. I try not to yell but when really provoked, at times, I give in.

I have never yelled at someone, even if I am too much disappointed. I just try to distant myself, until I cool down. When I feel bad... I just keep silent... think things over, if I have done wrong also. I don't want to yell and hurt other people's feelings. I don't really get angry, I just feel bad with the things that don't go right... I don't want to yell...because I know it doesn't feel good being yelled at...

When I get angry, I used to go outside and start doing heavy work. Like chopping wood, breaking something down what needs to be broken down, and this kind of stuff. I don't like yelling, because it attracts people, and they'll look up weird to you, and that's nothing for me. I did it once, and it just made me feel stupid. When I was younger, I used to keep all the anger in me, and I started then to get very very angry in my mind, which wasn't good ofcourse! I was really considering killing people, or hurt people, to get the anger out of me, what ofcourse were terrible thoughts. Now I don't have that anymore fortunately! I just go working and working, until all of my anger is gone, and then I will speak with the person who I was angry with, and sort it out.
