Need a Day Care Center Building

I am looking for a building to have a before and after school program. I am looking for a building where I can have at least 30 to 50 children that are before and after school. I would prefer the building to be in a zone where the school bus will stop and pick them up. The location I would like to have is in the Antioch, Tennessee area where my children can be zoned for Mt. View Elementary School, Thomas A. Edison, Lake View design School and Una Elementary School. Can You help me?
