is bux.to or abux r real PTC sites

I think bux.to is not a scam because one of my friend is getting paid from this site. he told me that he get payment from this site regularly.

It did pay me, six months late but paid. I would NOT recommend joining Bux until "Bux Reloaded" (the new script they are working on) is release.
