What happend to B-U-X.net and all the paidclicks net?

in the mainpage of b-u-x.net there's a message telling about the big reopening with improvements and things like that on 23.09 today we are 24.09 and nothing happend,the message on the mainpage is the same and nothing happend...anyone have news about this?regards!
