how to sleep well?

how are you doing,everyone, now i have a question on sleeping,the question is, recently,i can not sleep well,i do not how this happen,i am often wake up to 3 am ,,in the morning,i have to get up early,but i am a worm in that time,no mood to have some classes,my study slow down like straight,,i really want to be help above statement,who can help me???plz describe your suggestion as more as possible i am a senior,from china.may i make friends with you????????

drink a glass of hot milk.it will help you fall into sleep quickly.or you can just hear some light music.I had met with the same question before ,and I cure it by light music.hope you be good soon!

that is sounds good ,,i like light music a lot ,but i have no chance to listen it ,as luck would have it ,bad luck

Do things at night that make you tired and played out. You should find overtime that this will help on a regular sleeping pattern. Have you tried warm milk before bed? Have you talked with your doctor about this. Maybe you have too much stress in your life that is causing this. Try to be stressfree and see your doctor. Maybe they could perscribe you something that will help you sleep.

about your statement ,i think you are right,i should set free myself i have never tried worm milk before bed and talk about my sistuation with doctor ,i think it is time that i did this , perhaps i am really have much stress in my life hu ~~~~~~~~~~~~it is hard to sleep

last year I spoke to my doctor about this sort of thing as I was having terrbile trouble sleeping, she said you have to trick your mind into know when it is time to sleep...like going to bed at the same time every night to a room that is a sleeping room only so not watching TV or reading..to relax your body starting from your toes and to work your way up I guess it is a form of meditation really...but I found it was a little harder to do when I really had a stressful thing on my mind...
