i was working at casinos for 17 years. now for the last 5 i work at a hospice doing housekeeping. I made 2 dollars more an hour plus tips at the casino, but it was hard work. now my job is pretty relaxed. I have weekends off and 4 weeks vacation. At the casino you off whenever they give you a day off a nd vaccations are only like a week after 1 year and 2 weeks after 3 years.so what do you prefer? More money or be happy at your job. I also don't have a lot of bills. Just rent and utilities.

better job. your job should be something you like to do and not something you are forced to do... stay happy!

Hi, I prefer better job. I think that a relaxing and enjoying job is better than stressful job. If you work after a long period of time as housekeeping, you might someday become higher rank in your job. So, you will earn more money and enjoy life at the same time. During the weekends and 4 weeks vacation, you can do those stuff that you like to earn some extra money too. So, you can enjoy your life and make money at the same time.

I agree. I was a supervisor at one time, but I didn't like it.

I think I will prefer a better job. Money isn't the only thing that's important. Since I'm job hunting right now, I'm looking for job where I know I will happy to do because if I consider more money, I can always apply for call center agent positions since the pay is high but still, I don't think I will grow there.

I think it depends on the individual. It is a choice of what you value more. Is it money or happiness. For alot of folks it is money. Me, I'd go for happiness. Makes it alot easier to get up in the morning!
