A tiger or a lion

Have you visited the Gir Forests in Gujarat which is famous for Indian Lions or the Sunderbans in West Bengal which is famous for the Royal Bengal Tiger ? The India Lions are smaller and still pretty, but the Tigers of the Sunderbans are huge 'big cat' and they are clad with striped black on the yellow body. These tigers are very ferocious and also very beautiful. Now, my question is : you are asked to select either a tiger or a lion from India which will be given to you so that you can keep with you as a family member, a pet actually. Which one will you take and why ?
