i wish i were a MERMAID

Hi. milindp. Welcome to myLot! No. I don't think that I would want to be underwater at all. I can't swim and I am very afraid of being deeply underwater. I would also be scared to swim around the fish that is in the water. I would be so scared and frightened!

Hi Yes it certainly is. I am from india, our Hindu religion books have many stories about mermaids. Above the waist it is woman with boobs, below the waist it is fish like. One can see them in our mythological movies and books. They are known as ‘Matshya-kanya’; means ‘Fish-woman’. Long back I heard about fisherman catching something similar in some seashore. Recently a doctor friend sent a photo to me. It looks like one, but he clearly told me it was of a baby, having birth defect. I think mermaids are imaginary characters only. Hahahah , Dude !!!! I really love the underwater and i really mean it bot becasue you are asking this becasue i am a national swimmer since my dad is in the navy and stuff like that . So i have been in alot of costal places which is surrounded only and only by water . Well i even done Squaba diving alot of times , Sat on turtules and stuff like that. When i wa squaba diving , i alway sthought of being a turtle around them becaue i never liked the only concept of wearning a huge oxegen tank around my back and then a diving suit and some stupid goggles through which water keeps on coming inside again and again. Something , if you like want to even cough , when your udner water. Trust me.Its not a nice experience becasue all the water rushes in your nose. Lol. Hahhaha. Well that time i surely wish i was a water animal. And years later you are aksing me that "Do i wish to be a mermaid?" Well Yes obviously but then , not a mermaid . Mermaids are females. lol. I wanna be a Boy mermaid .Or whatever you can call that to be. Hahahah./ Well anyways nice discussion and happy mylotting :)

No, I never dreamed to live under the water because it scares me, I think it is very hard to breath there. I never wished to become a mermaid.hahaha!Besides, I don't believe they truly exist, it is only in the fairtytale story that they existed.

yes i like mermaids and live under water. I love to play in water , swim and to be like a mermaid.

i also thought of becoming a mermaid once. i think the underwater world is cool and how i wish i would be able ti mingle with fishes, dolphins, sharks, sea horses, starfishes and a lot more. i think tehir world is fun

Yes living under water would be truly magical. I remember the first time I went snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef. It was like a whole new world for me, I didn't want to leave. Having said that though I do like my legs so I am not sure I would like to permanently trade them for a tale.
