What is the problem in starting a new discussion?

I am having a peculiar problem today. When I am going to submit a new discussion, an error is coming up! After composing my message, when I click submit, after a few seconds a message comes that say "please use only letters, do not use any special characters". But I did not use any special characters. This happened to me more than two times. After composing a long message, if I cannot post it, you know how much tbe agony is. You know there is no opportunity to copy and paste message here. So re-composing a message is very much tiresome. I hope this time my message would be posted successfully.
