It's time for a pedicure!

Hello ladies! I didn't know where to file this under, but getting a pedicure has always been like putting on a very long lasting makeup, right? After postponing a trip to the salon for almost a month, I finally got a pedicure yesterday. It may sound a little over the top for some of you, but I'm so GLAD I finally got a pedicure yesterday. My toes now feel and look so much better. I don't know actually if anyone even looks at my feet, but I can see it! And they're ugly! Any thoughts on getting a pedicure? Is it something you do on your own or do you go to the salon like me? How often do you do it?

Pedicures are the ultimate pampering myself luxury. I have one done at least once every six weeks. A bit more often in the warmer months and maybe every eight weeks in the winter. Since I began getting them the condition of my feet have improved greatly. I had callus's and bumps on some of my nails. Now my feet are smooth and I love they way they look.

Well once every 6 weeks seems reasonable to me. I try to get my nails done once a month but I always forget or overlook it. Besides, I'm loving the ballerina flats nowadays so no one really sees my toes... :)

Oh, I would love to get mine done every six weeks. I do mine at home because things are pretty tight. But I don't do them often enough.

I love a pedicure. Or a manicure. Unfortunately the only one I trust to do these things for me lives about 50 miles from me. I don't get to get these things done as often as I wish.

50 miles?! Yikes! I'm not very particular as to who does my nails as long as the price is reasonable. It's nice to discover new places anyway, but it can be risky as well when I get horrible service. :(

i think that pedicures are one of the best mood altering things. haha. theres just something about cutely painted nails that makes me smile. sometimes i go to the salon, but lately ive been taking one night a week for myself and doing things like manis/pedis and facials. its super relaxing. i soak my feet in a pedicure tub thing i got for christmas a few years back. and then i exfoliate with them with a chocolate cinnamin vanilla scrub. slather them in too much lotion and put on socks and let it soak in. and watch a movie. and then remove the socks. and paint my toe nails. a base coat, two or three coats of color, and a top finishing coat. it lasts amazingly well until the next week. no chips!

i do pedicure once in a month. i don;t go to parlour or saloon for pedicure , i will do in my house only with wetting my legs in hot water tub for 10 minutes and srcub my legs with pumic stone. this is sufficient for me.
