can chicken be useful in making healthy body

hello friendz... i would like to know that can chicken be helpful in making healthy body.. actually i m very thin guy and i want to increase my weight and also be something healthier. for that i have tried many thing like i have started to eat bananas with milks , also started to take healthier food home made and also started some juieces.. but my friendz told me that by doing this definately too got some healthy body and some weight. but they told me that if you want to increse your weight then you sld have to eat some nonveg like chickens and kababz and other. and with some exercise you can definetely got some body with health within one month. do u think that non veg items r more helpful to making healthy body????

Frankly speaking, if you are thin and active, there is no need for you to put on weight. Being heavier is not healthy. Ask any fat person. They will list out their painful experiences.

Chicken contain a lot of protein and some other important nutrients. You can say that chicken is some of the type of food that is useful in making healthy body. Don't consume it to much tough.

i do believe chicken is good to the body.. its full of protein and its good for the body.. just don't eat it's skin,or you can eat it but in moderation.. i heard that models eat a whole chicken but its bland.. it's boiled with a little salt.. you should also eat a lot of vegetables.. it has fiber which is needed in cleansing the body..
