Six tea-- Black tea

Black tea: green tea, black tea and the difference is that different processing methods. Black tea processing time without fixing, and wilt, so that the fresh leaves missing part of the cloud water, and then rolled(rubor cut into particlese),and then fermented, so that the content of the oxidation of tea polyphenols, compounds into the red. This part of the compounds dissolved in water, part of insoluble in water, and accumlated in the leaves to form TANG, red leaves. The main types of black tea a small black tea, black tea and something broken black tea three categories.
