Does anyone have any suggestions for little things to go along with diet and exercise? Does drinking water really work?

G'day, I have heard that drinking a large glass of water BEFORE you eat helps. Sorta fills you up.

you can't lose weight in one go.drinking water helps, but warm water is more ideal.Have lots of raw salads.Befor tking your dinner, have a bowl full of salads. Also eating on time is important.Have regular walks in the morning.Exercising is essential. You can drink warm water mixed with lemon juice and honey in the morning on empty stomach. This will help to reduced weight

A lot of people do mistake hunger for thirst so if you feel like this between meals, rty having alarge glass of water instead to fill you up.

Try to point out any times when you are more likely to fail. For example, do you eat out of habit when you are bored? If so try to do something that will keep your hands busy. From personal experience I find that if there are fattening foods in the house I will more than likely eat them but if there is not, I will barely even think about them. Keep healthy foods and snacks in the house.

water really helps. drinking a glass of water before meals make you eat less because you feel full already. drinking lots of water can make you less bloated too by flushing away through sweat and urine salt and other toxins that make us bloat.
