Adsense or bidvertiser ???

Which among the two is a better paying one? I tried adding adsense ads on my blog but my application wasn't approved. So I'm planning to register for bidvertiser. Is it a good choice? Or are there similar programs where I get paid for displaying ads on my blog? Please help me out.

I did not need either. I just signed up with them. Please explain a bit.
