I am outside as often as time permits. I enjoy the outdoors so much. it is a relaxing experience for my soul. I do all sorts of things outdoors, from swimming, yard work, sunbathing, hiking, walking, biking, and even playing sports. I sometimes just find a quiet spot to sit and listen to nature where noone can intrude upon my serenity. As for the UV rays, well I figure in this day and age I am likely to die from anything, so why should I be concerned about UV rays when I am just as likely to get cancer from drinking the water from my faucet. Life is full of dangers, but that doesn't mean you should be afraid to live it.

Well Dolcias, I live with pain every day anyways, so for me it is not something which would really change greatly. i think I would rather enjoy life than worry about things such as pain and illness. I mean anything could seriously make me ill or cause me pain so why should it be different with this. I live with pain, therefore I am not afraind of pain.

With all the bad weather we have been having in Ireland for the past few years, I doubt very much if I will ever have to worry about UV rays. I haven't spent very long outside in a long time but for the past week we have had a good bit of sunshine and I spent as much time as possible just pottering around the garden or just reading a book and trying to soak up as much sun as possible. It doesn't stay warm for very long so there was no chance of any danger from UV rays.

I do get out fairly often in the summer but now that it is colder I do not make it out very often . I don't like the cold at all but I do try to take my little one for a walk almost everyday . It is just her and I home during the day and she wants to do something fun and she enjoys our walks together . We look at the flowers and insects along the way . Look at the color of the cars as she always wants to say what color is coming . Pick a few flowers to take home and put in a cup :)

I am loads of time outside, and I really never worry even a SECOND about UV rays. And in my opinion, you should neither! Because UV rays are only harmfull (at least that's what I think) if you have some kind of allergic against UV rays, and yes, than it could be very harmfull for you yes. I usually always go outside in the summer! It doesn't matter for me how hot it is outside, or how strong the UV rays are, as long as I can swim, hangout and have fun, there's no problem, just one thing; I may get burned! But UV Rays..no..that has never been a problem for me.

I just spend a little hours outside, since im working in an office. My life is working in an office after that i already go home to have a rest for another day of work. Its hard for me to spend alot of time outside on weekdays since i have to wake up early.
