I still don't get how mylot pays. help plz!

hey guys. i joined mylot about a week ago, and i still have no idea how mylot pays. do you get 1 cent per post? if thats the case, then i should have more than 60 cents, but i only have 50. if they pay by the quality of your post, how much money do they pay for each good one?
please help me!
