Hi there Dinxcarin!
I agree with you. Also, anywhere can be a happy place just as it can be sad. Thankfully, I am in a happy place. I feel blessed because there are lots of people who love me and with that, everything else follows. It just feels good when you know that you are loved, valued, and cared for.
I hope that you are also happy where you are.

yes, I am happy where I am today nanayangel. regardless of what I am experiencing right now. For I know these too shall come to pass.
It's true, happiness is just a state of mind. You could be in a nice beach or in a long vacation but still be sad because you are longing for someone else or for something else. I experienced that too.

I agree any place can be sad depending on your situation...Right now I am staying with my daughter,because my home was messed up by this recent hurricane "IKe" Its nice here and i like it,however i am not completrly happy..the reason being i want to be home & be surrounded by my own things..So i would say any place in the world can be sad,it just depends on your situation...
