Do you wash teeth with brush, floss or use mouth wash ?

How do you clean your teeth ? Do you wash them with a brush and paste, do you floss or do you use a mouth washing solution ? Do you mix them for better protection ? Please share.

I do all of those things, but not all at the same time. I mean tooth brushing (with paste of course
)when I wake up, after every meal, and before I go out is a must. I wouldnt be comfortable if I dont do that. Floss only when there's a piece stuck between my teeth and before going out, and thats when I also have the time (seem to be always in a hurry
). Use mouth wash when its available. If I see it beside the sink, I use it, if there's none, then I dont stress about it,..as long as I was able to at least properly brush my teeth.

I brush them with a brush and toothpase and I use floss sticks to get anything that got stuck between my teeth that the toothbrush wouldn't get out. I use mouthwas somethimes if I do use mouthwash it is usulaly Listerine since it fights gingivitis.

Hi there luvstochat - i see that you use all the 3 solutions for a better protection. Apart from Listerine there are other out there as well that fight gingivitis but they may not be available in your country as Listerine is not available here in mine.

Hi Elitess, I hope you have finally finished your dental visits for a while but I personally brush with pasted then floss and then rinse with a mouth wash when I brush my teeth so a combination of all three. I always change my toothbrush head after about 3 months sometimes less. Ellie :D

Hi there ellie - yes i have finished with the major problems... I now will only have to solve some minor problems with my teeth so that i have a perfect smile (well as closest as possible ;) ). I also change my toothbrush as often as you. I sometimes use a mouth wash as well and no flossing for me.

I clean my teeth with brush and paste 2 times per day I don't use wash solution I don't like it.

I always brush my teeth with a brush and paste. I prefer using mouth wash than flossing.
