Think about it, the death sentence/hangout(under 302 section) becomes organized murder by the state and its people. We all have the right to live and by taking away their right to live you are no better than they are ! The Death Sentence is the most horrible law that can be passed.I do not believe that crimes like rapists or even murderers should be killed.No one should have the right to take someones life!Of course murderers do this anyway but it would be madness to do it judicially!
