Delicious fastfoods are rich in bad fats, are you willing to give this up?

Or would you rather eat them and die young but happy and satiated? or are you willing to sacrifice these yummy foods for a supposedly longer life? What if you'll die of other causes like accidents and the like? Wouldn't the quality of your life count and not the quantity? Life is full of risks are you willing to take the risk to stay happy and contented? What's your idea on these.

You are correct- life is full of risks. I choose not to stress myself out- a health risk in itself- over everything that could cause health problems. The bottom line is everything is bad for you. So as long as you balance fast food with other, healthier food and exercise regularly, you'll be fine. That said, I rarely eat fast food. Partly because I don't think it tastes all that great and partly because it is a waste of money. I'd rather bring a granola bar and an apple with me that swing through a drive-thru while I'm out. Not for health reasons, but because I like it better.
